We were graciously welcomed by Kak Dian upon our arrival with my name (the one that booked the trip) were mentioned on the klook signboard. Our group felt welcomed right away and with such a friendly atmosphere - what a fantastic start! The batam tour guide was extremely helpful , flexible (which is a plus point as we made a few stops to eat, pray and toilet) and for that she deserves a special thanks. We had great day of our first day there, which obviously also added up to the experience. Kak Dian has such a warm personality , easy to converse with (even joined in to make a joke) and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed how she answered all of our questions and even add on some historical context about batam. Mind you, we are a group of 6 teachers so asking question is kinda of our side job. But Kak Dian is a pro in this. All respect for Kak Din who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide! Many thanks again and I recommend Kak Dian to everyone!

We had an amazing experience w/ our driver,Achui . He was incredibly accommodating and service-oriented. The day before our tour, he reached out to us to ensure clear communication. We started earlier than originally planned at our request, and Achui was flexible, adjusting the schedule as needed. Although we had a set itinerary, he suggested additional activities and took us to places not included in our pre-planned itinerary. Plus, he also gave us complimentary printed photos from our Barelang Bridge experience, which we truly appreciated. It was a wonderful way to preserve the memories and serve as a memento of our Batam trip. Overall, we had a fantastic time. Achui was very friendly, even taking group photos for us and sharing them afterward. -will surely recommend this, very convenient and seamless 👍🏻💯

We feel lucky to have Ms Dian as our driver for the day trip. Her bubbly and caring personality made our trip pleasant and went smooth. She also share some landmark and history of Batam. She drove us accordingly to our itinerary ie Batam Gokart (ie Dirt Kart ,hard to please teen’s favourite) , 70 coffee factory, lunch at kelong seafood nearby Barelang Bridge, vihara Budhi Bhakti temple and Grand Batam mall. Thank you and we enjoy the day at Batam.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Uncle Jhonny. He is very helpful and also take good care of us especially my daughter throughout the tour. We also left our daughter's stuffed toy and unexpectedly one of the driver contacted us and we'll meet in harbourfront tonight. I do not reccommend d.i.y. tour in indonesia especially if day tour only like us. Some of the tourist spot like the barelang bridge is quite far but worth it. Again, Thank you so much Uncle Johnny and also to the other guy who will bring back my daughter's stuffed toy tonight 🤩.

Had a very helpful and careful driver called Chan, who was very mindful of all the places that we wanted to visit in our itinerary and made good recommendations as well! We were especially impressed with Kapok Jaya 007 for kelong seafood and Diana’s Kueh Lapis :) it was a stress-free and enjoyable day trip overall! Great to see some places in Batam that I had never visited before until now.

He helped us plan a smooth and well-paced itinerary based on our interests, making the most out of our day. Jacky also shared interesting insights and background stories at each stop, which really enriched our trip. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable tour!

We went to Welcome to Batam monument, Maha Vihara Duta Maitreya temple, Barelang bridge, Kopak Jaya, Vihara Budhi Bhakti temple and Nagoya Hill hypermarket. The tour start from 9am to 4pm.

I decided to get a private car as I am travelling with 2 old folks and a 6 years old. Our driver, Aulia provides the best service! She took really good care of my mum and my son. She helped us book the spa and dinner even before we arrived. She suggested a few places we have not been before and my son absolutely love the eco edu park! Dinner at Barelang was a great experience and we could see the Barelang Bridge. She's extremely patient throughout the 2 days, speaks good English and drives really well. Highly recommend!

Me and my mum had a lady driver which was really nice! She speaks english and suggested visiting places that weren't in our itinerary. She's super friendly btw and she's on the last photo wearing a white top🥰
