- Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
- Please note: A printed ticket is needed to enter Taronga Zoo. Please collect yours either from the Fantasea sales booths at Darling Harbour and Circular Quay or on board the vessel before making your way to Taronga Zoo. The booths are located at Darling Harbour Pier 26 (directly underneath Helm Bar) and Circular Quay Wharf 6. Please present your email confirmation to receive your boarding pass and Taronga Zoo ticket

Customers booked on the Taronga Zoo Direct service who are departing from Circular Quay must still check in at the Fantasea Cruising Ticket Office at Circular Quay Wharf 6 to collect their boarding passes before proceeding to Harbour Masters Steps for departure
Please note that Harbour Masters Steps is not wheelchair accessible. If you have customers requiring wheelchair access or mobility assistance, please contact Fantasea team prior to travel so they can discuss the available options

we enjoyed the ferry ride with a fantastic view of Sydney iconic landmark. The ferry is from private operator, so it’s beautiful and nice. However, be prepared for taking the public’s bus to main entrance of Taronga Zoo since the zoo stopped operating cable car couple of years ago and the but cost is extra (not inclusive with the package) or you can choose to have a short walk to lower entrance of the zoo. The taronga zoo is always beautiful with a background of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. The animal shows are amazing! .

Great visit! Took the ferry from Circular Quay without hassle, and visited the zoo which was much fun. A must visit when in Sydney. The free bird and seal show was great too. Nice view of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour bridge along the ferry ride and from the zoo.

Visited Taronga Zoo with a boat ticket. Staff were friendly, and the animals looked well-cared for, though it’s clear they’d be happier in the wild. Still, a must-see experience if you're in Sydney. Great views, informative exhibits. Worth the trip!

very easy to find the Wharf 6 at Circular Quay. have to claim the ticket at the third booth on your left. Taronga zoo is cashless. clean and great view at the zoo!! perfect especially with younger children.

Ferry schedules are limited, so be sure to check ahead. Despite that, the experience was fantastic! The short boat ride to Taronga offers breathtaking views of the city skyline. The zoo itself is incredible, featuring majestic giraffes and lively kangaroos etc. Although the koalas were napping, they were still adorable. Bring an umbrella or raincoat during cloudy or rainy seasons, check the weather forecast beforehand.

A very beautiful view of the city opens from the zoo. We saw the Tasmanian devil, magnificent tigers and lions. We went to a fur seal show. The animals have large, well-groomed territories. The return ferry schedule is not very convenient, we recommend making your plan for visiting the zoo taking this into account

The Taronga Zoo is an expansive collection of animals. I enjoyed the many type of displays from the indoor reptile exhibit to the presentations of Sea Lions and Free Flight Bird Show.
