I must say this is already worth it if you only have a day to visit Genting Highlands. I used this on a Monday so I was able to enjoy it especially the Skyworlds because there's not much people in queue for the rides. I ended up finishing riding all the open rides at around 3pm. I just skipped the shows because I need to use my Skytropolis Day Pass as well. Overall, I believe this is worth it.

it was a park for all ages! the rides are a mix of kids and adult rides. the cool weather also made the experience easier :) i also love the fact that there is an outlet mall and the finds were so great!

Yes. You can request to cancel & refund your booking at any time before you make your first reservation.

Can I visit different attractions on different days?

Yes! You can visit separate attractions on different days, as long as it's within your voucher's validity period. You will need to select your preferred visit date when making your reservation, and you can enjoy instant confirmation. You will then receive your e-voucher with a QR code on it, which you can show at the entrance of the attractions as your admission ticket.
Your voucher validity is stated in the "How to Use > Usage Validity" section of your voucher.

Can I amend the dates of my activity reservations?

No. You cannot amend the dates for your activity reservations. However, we may be able to help you amend key details of your booking.

What do "activation validity" and "usage validity" mean?

Activation validity:

The 30-day period by which you need to “activate” your pass by making at least one reservation to an attraction.

Usage validity:

Once you've made you first reservation (activating your pass), you would then have 30 days to reserve the rest of your activities.

If my group has more than 1 person, will I need to purchase multiple Passes?

Yes. You will be able to select the number of participants in your group when purchasing your Pass.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be able to make a reservation on behalf of everyone in your group!

Is this Pass only available for tourists?

Yes, this Pass is only available to tourists.

Can I give my tickets to someone else to use?

No. These tickets are non-transferrable. Please ensure that the booking details match the participants.

Can I visit 1 attraction multiple times using this pass?

No. Each attraction can only be reserved once per pass.
