- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
- Any extension of usage have to be purchased on Klook. Customer needs to contact merchant at customerservice@yogofi.com with Klook Booking Reference ID and Device SSID No. for activation

Activation procedure
- Power On: Press power button for 3 seconds. Allow about 3 minutes for connection to be established
- WiFi LED light off: Device has no internet connection
- WiFi LED light starts flashing: Device is receiving service
- WiFi LED light on: Device is ready for connection
- Signal LED light flashes: There’s connection error. Please contact our customer service support at customerservice@yogofi.com or Whatsapp us at (65) 3129 2354
- Battery LED light: Press once on the side button to see the battery capacity with the row of lights below the battery LED light. The battery LED light flashes when the device is low on battery or when it is charging
- Reset Device: Press and hold the power button for 18 seconds to restart the device
Delivery information
- Your WiFi device will be delivered to you within 3 working days before your departure date
- Delivery Time: Between 10:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
- We use local courier to facilitate the delivery; therefore we are unable to deliver at a specific timing (e.g. at 9am, before 12pm, after 3pm etc.)
Surcharges
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: SGD200
- Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: SGD20
- Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: SGD20
- You will need to return the device within 7 days after your Travel End Date
- A fee of SGD $200 will be imposed if the device is not returned or when there’s 7 days of non-usage

Ordered this device for our 5 days trip to Perth. On first day encountered internet issue, after contacted customer service, solved the problem within an hour. After that whole trip connection very strong and smooth!
40Gb is for 8 days is really the bomb. I’ve used my WiFi at night daily to connect to my laptop for work due to the lousy WiFi at the Airbnb, and it worked perfectly!
fuss free setup. signal and reception was good, I did not experience any drops in signals in the city but it might be slower in the more remote areas.
Used for our Australia trip in NSW. The connection was pretty good throughout the trip except at certain areas near the coast in and in the mountains. Really liked how convenient it was to get and return the device too! Customer service was extremely helpful and quick and managed to resolve my connection issue on the first day.
The router arrived within 1 working day of booking, and the customer service was also very fast in responding to my email when I had a query. Connection in Western Australia was good and battery life was good.
Very easy to use although I did had to contact customer service on my arrival for them to reset. I used airport wifi to contact them. So make sure to set it up before leaving airport. Rest of the trip went well and return was easy enough too.
Fast delivery and easy to setup. We were having some issue to enable the wifi router on the first day in Australia. Customer service response promptly and solve our problem efficiently. However, this wifi doesnt work well outside cities ( Melbourne City, Sydney City and Brisbane City).

It was a pleasure using this wifi token, only tiny issue was when the 5th device is login, someone will be kick out.
We had an initial problem with getting the router to work; however it worked well after we reached out to the Helpdesk through Whatsapp. Generally the Wifi was good in city areas, i.e. Goldcoast and Brisbane... however, when we got to the suburbs, there were connectivity issues.
