After arriving in Hong Kong, I went straight to Disneyland. It was a really good decision to buy this service from LuggAgent. It helped us a lot for our traveling in the first day in HK. Book this activity if you arrive early and wanted to drop by Ngong Ping and Visit the big BUddah which is around 30mins away from the airport. The meeting point is a bit far from the arrival area. Our 2 luggages arrive at our hotel reception earlier than us. Luggage is in good condition. TIP: you have to send your picture holding the luggage so it will bea easier for you to meet up the pick up agent.

They very efficient and helpful with the luggage. I thought it was gonna be delivered via labeled vehicle with LuggAgent logo but 2 taxis came. Either way it was good service since my luggage was delivered in one piece without damage.
