Changi Lounge in Jewel Changi Airport (Public Area)

Great lounge to chill and relax in. Suitable for work, transit or just a short break to rest. Snacks, drinks and charging ports are available and the environment is comfortable. Pleasant experience but may come at a relatively steep price tag.

Easy check in. Just have to present the Klook voucher and enjoy the flowing snacks from hot coffee to cold drinks. Charging stations everywhere, soft sofas, hospitable staffs.

Many snacks, clean and very relaxing lounge. A very nice space to spend ur time while waiting for ur flight

Food was okay but I love the most is the Laksa Noodle Soup randomly offered to me. It was so good. Lounge is well maintained and relaxing for those thatvis just killing time. Hope to be back in the future.

Changi Lounge in Jewel Changi Airport is highly recommended.

The experience was good. The lounge settting (sofa, workstations and eating area) was well-setting up to cater for different needs. The light snack bar is average. It does provide basic snacks and cold and hot drinks. I had tom yum noodle soup and it was acceptable to me. Unless you are looking for a simple and convenient meal to eat while you rest or work, then do include the meal course in your package, comes with a beer. If you just needed a space to work or rest, then get the Lite package. The service wise is good. Staff are helpful and courteous.

Overall very satisfied. It is cheaper to buy tickets on site, but it is convenient for people who are not good at English or do not want to communicate. Remember not to lose your ticket stub. You will need to provide your passport and ticket for arrival or departure on the same day on site. The downside is that you can only enter the VIP room after 6:00. I met four Chinese people at the scene who kept talking, which was really annoying. I spoke for three hours with a three-hour break, so I had to wear earplugs to sleep.

Great place to spend 3 hours with freeflow of snacks and drinks. Quiet and conducive, great place for studying or doing some work. Would be better if the snack bar has more items to choose from.

I used the Changi Lounge at Jewel during my layover and it was exactly what I needed. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. The lounge itself is quiet, with plenty of comfortable seating and charging points. The biggest highlight for me was the shower clean, spacious, and very refreshing after a long flight (though the 20-minute limit felt a little short). Food and drinks are on the lighter side mainly snacks, pastries, and a drink voucher but good enough if you just need something quick. Since the lounge is located before security, it’s most convenient if you’re arriving or have a long layover to explore Jewel before checking in again. Overall, not the most luxurious lounge in Changi, but great value for resting, freshening up, and recharging before the next flight.
