Ambassador Transit Lounge at Changi Airport (T2 &T3)

I had a great experience at the lounge during my layover in Singapore. The food selection was impressive, with a good variety of fresh and satisfying options. Worth every cent after flight and waiting for transit.. Well appointed shower room with fresh towels. hard working attendants maintaining cleamliness. separate area for hair/makeup check. buffet toasties & drinks fresh cook station.

Great place to relax after a flight. It is cooler in the evening but the variety of cold drinks and warm food choices makes the experience enjoyable.

The location was difficult to find, and I had to ask several staff members. I finally managed to get there after asking two staff members. First, after finishing with the passport and photo, there's an electronic bulletin board on the upper left side with a sign indicating the lounge. It's easy to try to go up the left escalator, but it's not there. Do not go up that escalator. First, proceed to the right and head towards Burberry. There's an escalator to go up just across the aisle to the left of Burberry. It's quite isolated and difficult to find. Go up that escalator and turn left, and you'll find the Ambassador Hotel. I know you're probably exhausted from your travels, so I hope you can at least get to the Ambassador Hotel smoothly. The facilities are very clean, and the food was very delicious. Drinks were all-you-can-drink. I had Tiger beer. Alcohol is free for up to four drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks were also all-you-can-drink, so I could have matcha lattes, coffee, and it was very relaxing. Also, the shower pressure was a bit weak, but being able to wash off the sweat there really helped me relax before my next flight. There weren't any booths to lie down and sleep in, so everyone was just relaxing with their legs up on the chairs. It's quite cold, so be sure to bring something to wear. The air conditioning is blasting, so I was just right with a Uniqlo Ultra Light Down jacket. I bought souvenirs and spent some time there. The price and location were both great. The older, handsome staff member was very kind, friendly, and I was impressed by his consideration. There are two hair dryers, but the one on the right only blows cold air. The one on the left also blows warm air.

This transit lounge has exceeded beyond my expectations. It makes your travel expierence easy and more importantly enjoyable! It has easy access, Good food and immaculate customer service. Would recommend:).

Friendly staff, good food, comfy seating, clean bathroom, nice shower. Location is a little bit awkward, it's on a level you can only access one way.
