it was easy to redeem, plenty of seats and we were able to use the shower facility. they were accommodating as well as we were a bit late from schedule time due to check-in issues. lounge is located after the immigration. before the gates

first time user. I’m very impressed. went to the airport, showered with provided towels and sanitary kits , and got a very decent meal with drinks. nice atmosphere and possible to charge electronic devices. I highly recommend if you have a bit of time to spend.

The lounge is accessible after immigration. I chose the wrong time but they were accommodating since I used the voucher on the same day. I used the shower and it was clean with towels and other items. You can use the shower for 20 mins. The food was good with many drink options. Overall a good experience.

I used the Blossom Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4 while waiting for my flight. After completing the departure procedures at Terminal 4, go up one floor and walk a little, and you'll find it. The location is near the Korean Air gate. The overall atmosphere was more of a bright and open space where people waiting to board come and go, rather than a completely quiet, private lounge feeling. There was a wider variety of seating than I expected. There were 1-person seats, sofas, tables, and bar-style seats, so it was good for sitting alone and working on a laptop, or for sitting and chatting with a group. The food included basic salads, bread, hot foods (fried rice, chicken, stir-fried vegetables, etc.), simple desserts, ice cream, and cup noodles, which was enough to satisfy my hunger. The most impressive thing was the Laksa that I ordered and ate at the instant noodle corner. The broth was rich and had a moderate amount of toppings, so the satisfaction level was high for lounge food. The alcohol consisted of draft beer, wine, some liquors, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. It's not a super luxurious bar, but it was enough to have one or two drinks before the flight. I also used the shower facilities, but the number of shower rooms was not large compared to the size of the lounge, so I thought there might be a slight wait when there are many people. However, when I used it, I was lucky enough to get in almost immediately, and the inside was clean and towels and basic amenities were well prepared, so I didn't have to dig through my suitcase, which was convenient. Taking a shower and changing clothes before a long flight definitely made a difference in my condition. Overall, I felt that it was a lounge worth visiting if free entry is possible (PP card or airline ticket, etc.) when you have time. Considering the food, shower, and seating arrangements, it's a great place to stay for about 2-3 hours to eat, shower, and recharge. I paid for it at Klook, and rather than just sitting and leaving for a short time, I made full use of the shower + meal + rest and it was great.

If you plan to shower, make sure to sign up on the shower waiting list as soon as you arrive! I forgot and missed out... (a shame) The airport itself is clean, so the facilities were clean. As for the food, don't expect anything gourmet; focus on relaxing comfortably. The cup noodles and ice cream were delicious, and the wine was also decent.

The food was good, but it's a shame the space was cramped. However, if you're an AirAsia passenger and you're tired, I recommend visiting.

Very nice if you have a layover in the area. The food is good. i liked the laksa. Bring a change of clothes as they have showers but you have to line up for it. Just tell the people at the entrance if you want to use the showers.

Nice and quiet place to rest while waiting for our flight back home. Few food selection though but still ok.

Blossom Lounge offers a clean and comfortable environment to relax before a flight. The food selection is not a large spread, but there is enough variety to satisfy your hunger. Overall, a pleasant and practical lounge experience.
