Went to eat at about 3 o'clock that afternoon. There were not many people diners, and the space inside the restaurant was very spacious and bright. I was very lucky to meet a Chinese female waiter who introduced the meals and communicated completely without any barriers😹The set meal we chose included cold pufferfish, puffer fish sashimi, fried puffer fish and puffer fish hot pot. The cold puffer fish goes well with its sauce. Delicious👍🏻The pufferfish sashimi has no taste when eaten alone, it needs to be dipped in soy sauce, and the texture is soft and QQ~ What’s amazing is the fried pufferfish, because I usually don’t like fried ones, but it is full of gravy when I bite it (?) The taste is delicious anyway🤤The soup base of puffer fish hot pot is very light. The boiled puffer fish tastes like fish and comes with some vegetables. In addition, we added some shark fin wine, which was not acceptable to us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t eat too much because we were wearing kimonos that day, but I highly recommend it to those who want to try puffer fish dishes.

The dining environment is very good, two people sit in a small box with wooden doors. Of course the sound insulation is not good, but it is very private, the space is large enough and comfortable. Eating fugu was on my bucket list for a very long time, I finaly got the chance to try it here, at Guenpin. Well, first of all, I have to say that the service was top notch, they gave me a private room(I don't know if it's always like this for anyone and I didn't asked) I chose a meal set called Daigo course. The highlight of the set was the fried puffer fish. So all in all, if you want to try this delicacy with no risk of getting poisoned, this is the place. I am really happy that I tried it.

First time trying fugu and I must say I survived it and also enjoyed it very much! The meat is chunky and sashimi comes with a bite. The set was really worth it and was more than enough food for 2 pax. Comes with reservation too, so it made it easy as we read it's difficult to get a table by walking in.

The main point is that the pot and steamed rice are cooked by someone. These two are the main things to eat. The server's attitude was very good. I think everyone can try it once.

The price is very barging, worth to try. Found there has many local Japanese people eating there. Tried peach juice puffer fish collagen jelly, delicious! Staff are patient, nice & helpful.

The store is located near Sensoji Shopping Street, and the location can be easily found on Google Maps. Just looking at the door, it already has a very high-end feel. The place in the store is clean and spacious. I thought that there were only a few dishes, so I could finish it and eat elsewhere. It turned out that it was really filling. Every dish was exquisite and surprising. The chef has professional certificates for many years, so it can be seen that the chef is very skilled in knife skills. I will definitely come again next time^_^Y

It was my first time to eat puffer fish, and it turned out that it had no special taste. There is an additional 300 yen per person (not the 200 yen written by klook, maybe the price has been increased?) and the sashimi is thickly cut. Among all the delicious dishes, the fried puffer fish is the most delicious, along with some porridge and some desserts. I chose Shinjuku Minami. Since I didn’t know how to get there, I finally found it after walking for a long time🙈.
