Bruce knows Fukuoka very well. We took a walk in Ohori Park and the ruins of a hilltop castle with a beautiful view. We had a lunch of mentaiko pasta together. I recommend that Bruce can be your guide in Fukuoka.

the itinerary was good for a half day activity. it involved much walking and so it might not be friendly to some elderly travelers. our tour guide had good english and was very accomodating.
