The process was really easy. No need to print. Just line up and scan directly through your phone. It was truly an amazing experience and I enjoyed the beautiful panoramic views of London from various angles.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Helpful staff at London Eye (but Klook support couldn’t assist). I booked a Fast Track London Eye ticket for 17 November at 15:30, but my flight was delayed so I missed the time slot. I contacted Klook customer service, but unfortunately they couldn’t help or make any changes. The next day (18 November around 2 PM) I decided to go to the London Eye directly just to try my luck. Surprisingly, the staff there were very kind and understanding. They told me to go to the ticketing office right beside the entrance, and they helped me sort everything out on the spot. Sharing this so others know: 👉 If you miss your slot, Klook support may not be able to help — but the London Eye ticketing office might. It’s worth trying in person! The ride was beautiful and I’m glad it worked out in the end. 🎡💙🇬🇧
The queue looked very long and worrisome at first, but it moved surprisingly fast — definitely not as bad as it seemed! Booking through Klook was super easy and smooth, with clear instructions and quick ticket redemption. The ride itself was amazing! The capsule was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to take photos. We enjoyed a beautiful view of London — Big Ben, the River Thames, and the whole skyline looked stunning from above. The staff were friendly and efficient, which made the whole experience stress-free. It was a memorable and worthwhile activity for our group, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.
The ticket was worth it. We didnt need to get in the long queue. We waited for our turn at the VIP Lounge where we had Prosecco. Then, our host picked us up at the lounge and took us to the london eye and served prosecco and gave informative info about london.
amazing experience and a must do things in London. magnificent view of London city centre and the tour guide has managed to deliver a very good introduction around important buildings around and along the river. Pay attention to the time you choose for London eye and River cruise, i chose 10 and 10.45 which was just about to get on the cruise in time at 10.45!!!

It's okay. There was a queue but it moves fast. A nice way to spend the afternoon in an air-conditioned environment especially during hot summers in London.
