Kangaroo Island Guided Day Tour

This was a very valuable travel experience. I gained a lot of experiences, including: 1. Seeing seals up close at Seal Bay — they were super cute. 2. Spotting wildlife like koalas; the guide helped track them for us. 3. Enjoying the beautiful natural scenery of Kangaroo Island. 4. Feeding kangaroos and petting koalas. In one day, we visited many spots on the island, so the time at each stop wasn’t very long. It was a fast-paced but fulfilling trip.

Transfer from bus - boat - bus was smooth. Our driver was very engaging and gave us lot of background information and stories about the places that we visited. Each stop was quite shorter but somehow it’s enough even know you might need to speed up your walking pace abit but we got see seals, koalas, fairy penguins, kangaroos. Lunch was simple so don’t expect anything fancy but helps to keep us going!

I enjoyed watching seals, feeding kangaroos, and touching koalas. Highly recommended for animal and nature lovers. It's a long day, so make sure to rest well before your trip.

The tour is long (16 hours!) but there's so much ground to cover, and so much to see! From wildlife to exceptional scenery, Kangaroo Island is a place not to be missed. But what really elevates the tour is the knowledgeable driver/guide who speaks passionately about the island and shares many colourful stories. My only regret is not going for the 2-day tour.

Very enjoyable and convenient. It was a seamless trip that included the long drive from Adelaide city to the wharf to take the ferry to Kangaroo Island, and back. Guide George was very experienced and gave us a lot of information on the history of Kangaroo Island and brought us to the various locations there. Scenery was amazing and definitely a must-visit when going to Adelaide.

Kangaroo Island was amazing! It was beautiful and it felt like a wildlife tour! I was so happy to see koalas, seals, kangaroos, and hedgehogs 🐨🦭🦘🦔! They were so cute and it was great to be able to feed the kangaroos at the wild park! It was a sunny day so everything was perfect! The tour bus picked us up early in the morning so we had time before dinner, so it might be a good idea to bring some light food with you!

Thank you tour guide as well as bus driver, Dave. Dave gave a great explanation along Kangaroo Island. Dave was also the one who drove me and the others to Hahndorf (I just found out his name Dave during this Kangaroo Island Tour). Although the journey from Adelaide center bus station to Cape Jervis is 2 hours and then a 45-minute ferry ride to Kangaroo Island. 👍 Thanks again Dave 👍

It's a very interesting experience. You can also feed the kangaroos yourself. The kangaroos are very cute. There are beautiful scenery along the way. If you come to Adelaide, you must go to Kangaroo Island

I recommend this trip because it allows you to do a day trip from Adelaide to see the highlights of Kangaroo Island. It's impossible to see all the famous places, so if you want to cover everything, it's better to stay overnight on Kangaroo Island and do the sightseeing. The bus from Adelaide to the ferry terminal, the ferry boarding time, and the Kangaroo Island bus travel time are all quite long, so the time to get off and sightsee isn't long, so you can enjoy the view from the train window. I was able to enjoy both the magnificent scenery and the cute animals.

The Kangaroo Island tour was a fantastic experience! The stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife, and pristine beaches were highlights. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate, making the trip both informative and enjoyable. I particularly loved seeing the sea lions and exploring the rugged coastline. A must-do for nature lovers!
