Phillip Island Seal Watching Cruise

The crew was very friendly and helpful, taking good care of everyone, especially those who were feeling unwell. The waves were quite large, making it easy to get seasick. There were plenty of seals to see, which was spectacular.

is a great experience but basically it just ferry you to the seal location to observe what the seals are doing, most of them just laying there dead. is quiet a distance away and you need a super telephoto lens with at least 300mm to get a close up shots. coffee and tea with biscuit and cakes are provided. sea sick medicine is recommended.

great experience! had close encounter with the seals. Captain and crew are very informative. watch out for some dolphins when your kn the way to the seal rock. Stand at below deck at lest side to see the seals closer

Well worth the trip! It was really touching to see images that looked like something you could only see on the Animal Planet channel. The island is full of seals 🦭 they are really relaxing! I hope they can live peacefully without being disturbed. We also saw two dolphins during the voyage. It was a lucky day.

Safety: May be canceled due to weather conditions. Location: It's very windy out at sea, so we recommend sitting indoors. You can go outside to take photos once we arrive. Experience: It's fantastic, a must-visit if you enjoy ecological activities.

I joined the afternoon tour and the sea was relatively calm, except for the area known as the washing machine. Before departure, it was best to buy ginger tablets at the meeting point to prevent seasickness (1 yuan per tablet). The captain will try to moor as close to the seal as possible. If you choose the lower level, the seal will actively swim close to the boat. It is not afraid of strangers at all and you can observe it from close range.

It was a great experience to see the seals up close. It was so nice to see the seals huddling together and playing. The tea and coffee provided on the boat were also great.

This experience was one of the best on our entire trip and therefore deserves 5 stars in all categories! From the transport on a well-equipped ship with very friendly staff to the trip to the Seals Rocks and observing the seals up close, everything was perfect. And the price is great too. The only thing is that the trip itself on the sea is often very shaky because there are a lot of waves. But that's not anyone's fault. Clearly recommended if you're on Phillip Island

the tour was very arranged with pre-event email warning about the forecasted weather and sea condition. The crew really took care of all of us especially for those with sea sick (it was a very choppy morning). The seals were amazing and an unforgetable experience.
