This summer, Citywalk 1 transforms into a hub of excitement, inviting children to embark on an immersive nautical adventure. Featuring a fusion of physical training, courage-building challenges, and problem-solving, the event is split into two exhilarating zones: the indoor “Junior Maritime Explorer Academy” and the first-ever outdoor mall “Outdoor Water Battle Zone.”
Indoor Adventure: The "Junior Maritime Explorer Academy"
Located in the Citywalk 1 Event Hall, this massive, ship-inspired inflatable castle serves as the ultimate training ground for young recruits. Immersive Quest: The journey begins at the “Jumptopia Pier.” Young explorers board a “raft” navigating through a fog-filled indoor maze guided by sound effects. Participants must solve puzzles, trigger special effects, and complete missions to reclaim lost treasure. Deck Obstacle Challenge: At the heart of the “Adventure Ship Deck,” children face a series of physical challenges, including barrier crossings, defensive wall climbs, and bounce platforms designed to hone coordination and reaction speed. Throughout the mission, the Kiztopia Friends serve as training officers, guiding children through role-play interactions. High-Speed Escape: The final test of courage is to slide down a “6-meter high speed slide”, simulating an urgent escape from a sea storm or surprise attack—a thrilling test of speed and bravery.
Outdoor Thrills: Hong Kong’s First Mall-Based "Water Combat Zone"
The outdoor – Citywalk Open Piazza plays host to a high-energy water playground featuring seven interactive installations that blend technology, action, and family fun. The Great Hub & Storm Cannon Station: The centerpiece is a 10-meter diameter circular pool featuring a life-sized adventure ship. Children can stage epic water battles, defend the ship, or operate high-pressure water cannons aimed at central targets. While basic water guns are provided, participants can also upgrade at the “Supply Station” for more powerful, long-range equipment. Water Splashes & Fun: The “Splash Blast Tower” periodically releases massive cascades of water, providing a refreshing waterfall effect. For younger children, the “Joyful Mushroom Fountain” offers a gentle, safe water curtain, while the “Pentagon Water Spinner” allows kids to trigger different water effects through interactive rotation. STEM-Powered Play: The “Hydro-Tech Laboratory” integrates STEM learning, featuring manually operated gears, smart valves, and tipping buckets. Children can experiment with water flow to trigger various aquatic effects, bridging the gap between play and education. Speed & Style: For adrenaline seekers, the “Sprint & Slide Way” uses a thin film of water to reduce friction, allowing kids to glide across the surface at high speeds.
Interactive "Pirate" Pop-up Events
The excitement continues with the “Surprise Flash Mob: Pirate Frenzy.” When the alarm sounds and the music shifts, a high-intensity water cannon battle breaks out across the site. To conclude each session, the “Legendary Captain Selection: Pirate OOTD MVP” allows participants to vote for the best-dressed or most spirited pirate, with winners receiving a special gift pack to celebrate their title as the “Legendary Captain.”

Ticket Arrangements for Adverse Weather Conditions
【Citywalk 1】Indoor Immersive Drift & Puzzle Zone
Signal Hoisted Before Session Starts: If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted before the start of the event, the attraction will be temporarily closed. It will resume operations within 2 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains hoisted until 4:00 PM, the attraction will remain closed for the entire day. Pre-Informed Signal During Session: If the Hong Kong Observatory announces in advance that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above will be issued during the event, the attraction will be closed 1 hour prior to the issuance of the signal. If the signal remains hoisted until 4:00 PM, the attraction will remain closed for the entire day. Black Rainstorm Before Session Starts: If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the start of the event, the attraction will be temporarily closed until the signal is cancelled. If the signal remains hoisted until 4:00 PM, the attraction will remain closed for the entire day. Black Rainstorm During Session: If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued while the event is in progress, the attraction will remain open as usual. Ticket holders who are unable to attend may apply for a session rescheduling.
【Citywalk Open Piazza】Outdoor Water Battle Zone
Typhoon Signal No. 3 or Above: If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above is issued, the attraction will be temporarily closed until further notice. Amber Rainstorm or Above: If the Amber, Red, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued, the attraction will be temporarily closed until the signal is cancelled. If the signal remains hoisted until 4:00 PM, the attraction will remain closed for the entire day. Thunderstorm Warning: If a Thunderstorm Warning is in effect within the event venue, the attraction will remain open as usual, but certain facilities may be temporarily suspended until the warning is cancelled.
Rescheduling & Refund Arrangements (Applicable to both zones)
For customers holding electronic tickets for sessions affected by the aforementioned adverse weather conditions, please note the following arrangements: Unredeemed Wristbands: If you have not yet redeemed your event wristband, please contact the original ticket issuing platform to apply for a session rescheduling. No refunds will be provided. Redeemed Wristbands: If you have already redeemed your event wristband, you may apply for a session rescheduling directly at the venue’s ticketing counter. No refunds will be provided.
Note: 1.All rescheduling applications are ONLY applicable if the remaining duration of the affected session is more than 15 minutes. 2.Mandatory On-Site Registration: On-site ticket holders who have already redeemed their wristbands MUST register for rescheduling on-site immediately. Applications made after leaving the venue or after the event will not be accepted or processed under any circumstances.

Although the price wasn't cheap, the overall experience was quite good. My son had a great time, and it just so happened that there were a lot of kids there, so they could all play water gun fights together.

Fun, clean, and well-staffed. Remember to pay attention to the numbers when you take the boat ride to the back. If you tell the staff the numbers, you'll receive a small gift.

It's great for kids to burn off energy, and the boat ride is more suitable for children under 6 years old. The indoor area isn't very large, but there are quite a lot of children and parents, so crowd control is recommended. It would be even better if there was a discount package that included both indoor and outdoor activities.

Every time there's a Citywalk event hosted by Jumptopia, I almost always bring the kids along. The facilities are always brand new, and this company truly puts effort into organizing these events. Every staff member is incredibly polite, and there's always someone supervising the children at each station. The staff also proactively reminds children not to run and to be careful. Next time, I'll definitely try out the outdoor splash pad. 3084

When playing with children, it's a bit small. 25 minutes should be enough. I bought the 50-minute session, but the last 15-20 minutes were mostly just casual play. There are inflatable bouncy castles, slides, and climbing structures. The most appealing part is driving the little boats, but one wristband per ride feels a bit insufficient. Luckily, I went in with one adult and one child, so I gave my quota to the child to play.

Buying tickets through Klook is very convenient for immediate entry. The boat ride only goes around once. There are no floor mats inside the venue, and staff members wear shoes. After children take off their shoes, they walk from the shoe-removal area to the trampoline. It doesn't feel very hygienic.
