Ticket Purchase Notes

• Present your e-ticket on-site for admission (no physical ticket exchange provided). Once an e-ticket has been used, no refunds will be accepted.
• Each ticket can only be used once during the exhibition period and cannot be reused. Double and triple tickets require simultaneous entry. Once a ticket is lost, damaged, or the admission stub is torn off, it will be considered invalid and will not be reissued, exchanged, or refunded. Please keep your ticket safe.
• For refunds, please follow the refund policy of the ticket purchase platform. For details, please contact customer service. Refunds for tickets purchased through platforms will not be processed at the exhibition site.
• Free admission eligibility: Children under 3 years old (relevant identification must be presented, and accompanied by an adult holding a ticket for admission. If no identification is presented, a ticket must be purchased for entry).
• If you wish to apply for a refund, please complete the refund procedure through the original ticket purchase channel before the end of the exhibition (2026/10/11). A 10% service fee of the ticket price will be charged for refunds. No refunds will be accepted after the exhibition ends.

Visitor Notes

• Closed every Wednesday.
• Open as usual on national holidays.
• The merchandise area offers free admission but is subject to crowd control. The organizer reserves the right to arrange admission and adjust routes based on on-site conditions.
• Dangerous items and pets (except guide dogs) are prohibited throughout the venue.
• Eating and smoking are prohibited on-site.
• Playing and chasing are prohibited within the exhibition area. If damage or destruction is caused, compensation must be paid at the original price.
• The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please take good care of your personal/valuable belongings.
• To maintain a good viewing experience, the exhibition hall is subject to crowd control. The organizer reserves the right to guide visitors for admission and adjust viewing routes based on on-site conditions.
• Visitors must comply with these viewing guidelines. If there are safety concerns or behaviors that affect the viewing order, the organizer has the right to advise, stop, refuse admission, or order departure.
