- Saturday/Sunday and PH 1100-2000

- Entry Requirements: Present a valid ticket confirmation (mobile e-ticket or printed A4-sized copy) with a clear, scannable QR code.
- ID Verification: A valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket may be required.

- Visitors must present a valid ticket confirmation at the entrance, either as an e-ticket on a mobile device or a printed A4-sized copy. The QR code must be clear and scannable; altered or defaced tickets will be rendered void.
- To ensure security and validity, you may be required to present a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket.
- Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only on the date specified. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and must be used by the same person throughout the visit.
- To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, the museum may implement entry delays if maximum capacity is reached. Entry remains subject to availability and the final discretion of museum management.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be rescheduled except under the specific weather conditions outlined below.
Liability & Conduct
- FIFA Museum Hong Kong is not liable for the loss of or damage to any personal belongings brought onto the premises. Theft, vandalism, or any form of damage to museum property is strictly prohibited.
- Individuals responsible for damage will be held financially liable for the full market value of the items, based on the museum's appraisal. The museum reserves the right to pursue legal action, including criminal prosecution and civil claims. In all disputes, the museum’s decision is final.
Bad Weather Arrangement
- In the event of inclement weather, including Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning:
- The FIFA Museum Hong Kong may be closed. Please monitor official social media channels for real-time updates. If your visit is cancelled due to these conditions, admission may be rescheduled to the next available date once the signals are lowered."

Entry was quick and easy, the facilities were fun, and it wasn't too crowded, so we didn't have to wait in long lines. The soccer game was interesting and enjoyable. It would be even better if there were more souvenirs.

There's quite a lot to see at the exhibition, with many interactive games where you can take penalty shots, pretend to be a referee using VAR, and imitate soccer stars' goal celebrations. However, the venue is quite small, so you'll get through it quickly.

The FIFA World Cup Museum is located in Times Square, Causeway Bay, making it very convenient to get to by exiting the MTR at Causeway Bay Station. The exhibits are also incredibly rich and extensive.
