great service for the halong to hanoi transfer. just inform them via email/ WhatsApp on the pickup and drop off locations. and they will be there. pretty efficient. they picked me up promptly at the international cruise marina and drop me off at my hotel

The bus is very convienent and the booking process is very practical too. You can even ask the company to fetch you up at your hotel rather then going to the pick up point. I am very satisfied with their service despite of the langguage barrier.

Our shuttle driver was one of the safer drivers that we had while in Vietnam. He drove through a crazy rainstorm and we arrived safely. We traveled with another couple also going to the airport so it was a direct drop-off.

it was a very good tour, our guide Barry was very good and knowledgeable. he explained all Important monuments in hoi an and with the basket boat tour you will explore Coconut Island, and the activities were really good.

Cool journey, the pickup was really efficient, and the Klook staff added my Whatsapp account before we set off, to make sure of out whereabouts. Great!

Pleasant and relaxing bus service from Ha Long Bay to Hanoi. However we had to wait an extra 30’minutes in the marina area for our third pickup but no new passengers joined the bus ride.

The transport arrangement was excellent. They reached out to me on the night before the trip and sent out the details. On the actual day of the trip, there was constant communication and made extra effort to book Grab so we could reach some area where they can pick me up without delays, there was rain on that day which caused some bad traffic.

They board near the Hanoi train tracks, stop at a rest stop along the way to eat rice noodles, and instead of getting off in front of each of the reserved hotels, they all get off in front of a hotel in Halong Bay. They drive safely. If you want to make a reservation, you should probably make one in advance.
