How to use
Meet-up information
- Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
- Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
- Tours begin at 10am sharp. Please arrive at 9:50am to check in, or you might get left behind
- Your guide will meet you in the SFM foyer, which is on Level 1 of the main arcade. To find it, walk past the giftshop on the left, enter the glass doors and go up the stairs or lift to Level 1. Have a seat on the black couches to wait for your guide to check you in
- Parking is free for tour guests. You will be provided with a 4-digit exit code during your tour. Please note that this does not include tour operator buses or large passenger vans
