My Melody x Kuromi Luna Fiesta - Sweet Rivalry Battle Run
My Melody's 50th and Kuromi's 20th. With their sweet yet mischievous dynamic, the duo has captured hearts around the world. To mark this special occasion, Hong Kong will host the city’s largest anniversary celebration, “My Melody ❤ Kuromi Luna Fiesta", from October 4th to 7th, 2025 (Saturday, Sunday, Mid-Autumn Festival, and the following holiday). The Sweet Rivalry Battle Run features 5KM, 3KM, and 1KM race categories, with the 3KM and 1KM races open for parent-child participation (1 adult aged 18 or above and 1 child aged 3 to 15). Whether you’re a fan looking to challenge your speed and bring glory to your team, or simply enjoy the scenic waterfront of the WestK and anniversary happenings along the route, this event has something for everyone. My Melody and Kuromi will be at the starting line to cheer you on! Every participant will receive a themed runner’s pack and a ticket to The Luna Carnival, letting you fully immerse in the lively, adorable atmosphere of My Melody and Kuromi as part of the festive celebration.

Runner’s Pack Information
Each successful registrant will receive a limited-edition “Sweet Rivalry Battle Run” runner's pack corresponding to the chosen team (Team My Melody or Team Kuromi). Individual entrants receive one pack; family entrants receive two packs.
Each runner’s pack includes:
- Event T-shirt, headband, bib, cheering ita bag, towel and a finisher medal;
- One single-entry wristband for The Luna Carnival (issued after race completion, for direct entry without additional on-site redemption). The wristband will be cut upon exit; re-entry is not permitted.
Early bird registrants (From now until 10 Aug 2025) will receive an additional limited-edition “My Melody & Kuromi heart-shaped transparent crossbody bag”, while stock last.
Participants must collect their runner’s pack in mid-September at a designated location using the QR code in the registration confirmation email. Details will be announced on official social media. Finishers of the Sweet Rivalry Battle Run will receive an e-certificate and a finisher medal.
Good to know
- Participants must arrive at the starting point at the designated time and wear the official race bib provided by the organizer. The 5KM race bib includes a timing chip to record participants’ times.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the race course, schedule, or venue, or temporarily close certain facilities due to weather, safety, maintenance, or other force majeure factors. Participants should stay updated with the organizer’s announcements. No refunds or compensation will be provided unless otherwise stipulated in these terms.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their physical condition is suitable for participating in the Sweet Rivalry Battle Run and shall bear any risks arising from their health conditions or actions.
- Participants must confirm they are physically fit to take part in the Sweet Rivalry Battle Run, acknowledging that the event requires physical exertion. If in doubt, participants should consult a medical professional prior to registration.
- The organizer advises participants to closely monitor their physical condition during the event. Should any discomfort arise, participants must immediately stop and seek assistance from on-site staff.
- Participants are advised to take sun protection measures (e.g., using sunscreen, wearing a hat) and ensure adequate hydration.
- Pregnant individuals or those with chronic conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure) are not recommended to participate in the Sweet Rivalry Battle Run.
- The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant known or suspected to be physically unfit for the Battle Run, and such individuals must accept this decision.

It was fun. 1 km is walkable. Cute figures of Kuromi and My Melody. The Luna Fiesta is good for all ages.
So cute! The staff are so friendly, and there are lots of gifts to collect. The environment is beautiful with many photo spots. Hope I can run happily when the time comes!
🤩 I participated in the 5K race on October 5th. I almost couldn't run because of the typhoon, but luckily, I finished successfully ✅. The whole event was full of girlish vibes. Whether you're on Team Melody or Team Kuromi, everyone was so excited and engaged ❤️💪🏻.

Poor planning, the staff seemed lost and the situation was chaotic. Waited in line for half an hour to play the rainbow game and didn't even get a turn. Plus, there were no alternative inflatable activities offered.
The website is easy to use, the activities are unforgettable, and the attractions are beautiful and memorable.

The venue setup for picking up the cheering gift pack was thoughtfully arranged. You could see it surrounded by many Melody & Kuromi characters from a distance, and the location was easy to find. The staff inside were also very polite in explaining and checking that all the items in the gift pack were complete😃. Overall, it felt very smooth.
Went before the typhoon. The weather was hot and sunny, but it was a lot of fun! 😃 Had a great time and took lots of photos. Also bought some merchandise. There are many games, but they are quite difficult. The prizes are great.
