Possibly because it was a group tour, we weren't notified of confirmation until noon the day before, so I couldn't get answers to my questions throughout the process, which was a bit nerve-wracking. The itinerary was appropriately arranged, and the tour guide was very competent. It just rained for both days, but watching the performance and rafting in the rain had a unique charm.

This is not my first time taking a tour in China. While I must compliment the Wuyishan team for a pleasant and informative tour, the tour agency (as the main coordinator) is really under delivering what they are contracted to, particularly the lack of communication, giving false information/messages, retracting what was offered. As a regular Klook user and Klookreator, I’m submitting this feedback that you may explore other tour agencies instead. I’m facing this unpleasant situation with the tour agency as a frequent traveller, I genuinely feel that other non-frequent travellers would be placed at a disadvantage position, being at the agency’s disposal at sub-standard.

Since Xiamen Railway Station pick-up and drop-off and Wuyishan Railway Station pick-up and drop-off require a minimum of 2 people, a single room supplement and pick-up/drop-off fee will be charged for single person pick-up/drop-off.
Please provide an accurate list of information before joining the tour. You will be responsible for any failure to board the train due to incorrect information.
Bamboo Raft Precautions: Since tour guides are not allowed on the bamboo rafts, the boatman will serve as the guide during the trip. It is recommended to tip the boatman 20 RMB per person. Eight people ride on one bamboo raft, and tour members can freely form groups. The entire rafting process is relatively smooth, please do not stand up from your seat to take pictures.
Due to weather conditions, the number of tourists in the scenic area, and other reasons, especially the tour time for the Nine-Bend Stream bamboo raft ride, the Wuyishan Scenic Area Intelligent Center will arrange it according to the actual local situation. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted during the trip, but it will not affect the original standard or reduce the number of scenic spots. If the itinerary needs to be changed, delayed, detained, or ended early due to force majeure, our company will be responsible for assisting in the resolution or refunding the ticket price. The resulting costs shall be borne by the tourist, and the travel agency shall not be liable for compensation.
Wuyishan Nine-Bend Stream rafting is done by manual bamboo rafts, which are dispatched at fixed times, fixed locations, and fixed quantities. Therefore, the Bamboo Raft Reservation Center (local scenic area management department) will uniformly arrange and control the raft demand of each travel agency's tourists (requiring travel agencies to apply three days in advance, and the center will arrange and confirm the raft time based on the overall raft usage). The travel agency will make corresponding adjustments to the itinerary according to the raft time! In the event of thunderstorms or rising river water, rafts will be reduced or stopped for the safety of tourists as required by the Maritime Safety Administration. If tourists are unable to ride due to reduced or stopped rafts, the center will not guarantee a make-up time.
As a national nature reserve, Wuyishan has strict restrictions on the number of vehicles in the scenic area, so there will inevitably be slight vehicle pooling in Wuyishan.
Pay attention to your health before traveling, and choose whether to join the tour according to your physical condition. Elderly tourists should consult a doctor before the trip. Tourists with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should not participate in group tours. If an accident occurs during the trip due to personal reasons, our company will provide necessary assistance, but the resulting medical expenses, transportation and other expenses shall be borne by the tourist. If you withdraw from this trip for this reason, the original payment will not be refunded.
Tickets have been calculated at the travel agency's preferential price. Tourists with various certificates will no longer enjoy scenic spot ticket discounts. In the event of suspension of rafting or if the guest does not take the bamboo raft, the ticket discount difference will be refunded on site.
