• Single Entry Only: Each ticket is valid for one-time entry; switching players during the session is strictly prohibited.
• Supervision Requirement: Participants aged 18 or above must be present to allow entry for any participants under the age of 12.

Age Limit: Participants must be aged 5 or above.

• Health & Safety Warning: This interactive game involves physical exertion and lighting effects, which may pose risks to individuals with specific health conditions. Pregnant women, individuals with cardiovascular diseases, epilepsy, or those prone to photosensitive symptoms should carefully assess their physical condition before participating.
• Dress Code: Users must wear appropriate athletic attire and sports shoes. Staff reserve the right to refuse entry if a player's clothing is deemed unsuitable for the game.

Bad Weather Arrangement

• Before the Activity (活動開始前): If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted before the session begins, preventing players from accessing the venue, players may choose to reschedule their booking or request a full refund.
• During the Activity (場地使用期間): If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued while the session is already in progress, the session will be charged according to standard procedures, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining time.
