The fireworks display was super crowded, making it feel impossible to move. I wonder if there were more than 25,000 people... If you need to catch a train, you definitely have to leave before the finale. Our guide, Kevin, was very attentive, thank you!

- This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
- During peak travel seasons in Japan, such as weekends and holidays (especially around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th), traffic congestion is expected, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened based on actual conditions. We recommend not booking dinner, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet train) connections and bringing light snacks and a portable charger. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seating is primarily assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks section, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement will be at the discretion of the guide on the day. We appreciate your understanding and consideration. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be aware that since this is a group tour, guests of other languages may be traveling in the same vehicle as you. Thank you for your understanding.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification will be sent 1 day before the departure date.
- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day prior to departure (local time 18:00) whether to cancel the tour. You will be notified by email as soon as possible thereafter.
- Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
- The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
- Our company is not responsible for cancellations or poor photo quality due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather. We are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding.
- The itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc. Please inform those who are aware.
- If access to Mount Fuji 5th Station is not possible due to bad weather or traffic conditions, the itinerary will be changed to Arakura Sengen Park. Thank you for your understanding.
- No refunds will be given for passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be joined by other routes or midway, if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. Thank you for your understanding.
- Children aged 3 and over will be charged the same price as adults if they require a seat, and this needs to be noted in the remarks.
- Children under 2 years old can participate for free without occupying a seat, but this needs to be noted in the remarks. If there is no remark, it cannot be arranged.
- Vehicle type: Vehicle will be dispatched according to the number of people. For tours with a small number of participants, a driver will be arranged to provide full tour services without an additional tour leader. Please be aware.
- Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be cancelled or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
- During the flower season/autumn foliage season, there is a high possibility of heavy traffic due to the large crowds. We recommend bringing your own light snacks.
- The flower viewing period or autumn foliage viewing period may vary slightly depending on the weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/autumn foliage conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
- After the tour departs, if the tour is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, a refund will be processed for the unfulfilled itinerary based on the actual expenses incurred. However, return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passenger.
- Day trips do not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health or ability. The company is not liable for any physical damage or injury caused by accident or unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
