I love the room that we booked. It was spacious and had a homey feel. Great views of the city and the river. Staff were helpful as well. Kiddie corner was a bit small and cramped but it was ok. Kiddie pool was great for toddlers.

the unit is really big enough for 2 pax, clean and friendly staff, i live in iguazu and Saturland and all the staffs are really nice too! but the view is really bad since the river looks really dirty and the view from the bath tub

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Our room was very clean, cozy, and had such a relaxing vibe. We also appreciated how kid-friendly the hotel is, which made our family stay even more enjoyable. The early check-in was a big plus and was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 1 night since theres electrical issue in our unit. We had a great stay and also had a complimentary birthday cake for papa. the pool was small and the breakfast buffet was limited compare to the other Novotel. Kiddie corner is for babies only. but overall its a great stay!

The check in desk is on the 21st floor, and I must say their staff were so welcoming. I especially want to acknowledge the short haired woman at the front desk who I think may have been a manager? She was extremely welcoming and personable. She was a great positive vibe and I hope her staff learn from her! I booked the deluxe suite, and it was an excellent room. Great views, clean, I slept really well. The bathroom was very tidy and clean. They also provided breakfast which was located on the 6th floor. The staff there were also excellent. The food was good, although their menu options were a little bit limited. Drinks were good, room service was also good. My only complaint was the air conditioning, it did the job, but it was very very loud.

We loved how spacious our room was, and we had a beautiful view. Only about 20-25 minutes away from the airport. Breakfast was simple, but great! My kids loved the pool with the kiddie area.
