I had a wonderful experience at City Garden Grand Hotel, Makati! Everything was truly excellent — from the ambiance and cleanliness to the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel exudes comfort and class, making my stay relaxing and memorable. Special commendation to Mr. Emman, Ms. Lovely, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Lyka, Ms. Awi, and Ms. Bench from the Front Desk for their accommodating attitude and outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and genuine care. Thank you, City Garden Grand Hotel, for the exceptional service. Highly recommended, and I definitely look forward to coming back!

Family-friendly and affordable stay right in the heart of Makati! The location is very convenient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My kids especially enjoyed the rooftop pool. The room service food was delicious, and we loved the wide variety of choices at the breakfast buffet. The staff even offered us coffee, which was a lovely touch. Most importantly, we felt welcomed and treated with respect—there was absolutely no discrimination. We had a wonderful stay and will surely come back!

Overall it was a nice experience. My only concern was we waited for about an hour before we were able to check in as the room is not yet available. And when we arrived in the room, there are items like towels, slippers, etc. that are incomplete or not yet fully provided so we called the front desk via telephone to request for them.
