Fantastic central location, easy walking to theatres, shopping, dining, and public transport. Very walkable and safe area, close to CBD attractions.

Overall, my stay at Novotel was satisfactory. I appreciate their efforts in promoting sustainability, such as providing disposable dental kits only upon request, offering glass bottles and a having a kettle for boiling water instead of plastic water bottles, and encouraging guests to reuse towels by explaining that the hotel promotes environmental sustainability. However, there are a few areas for improvement: 1. Lighting in the Room The room felt dim, especially at night, as there wasn’t sufficient lighting once the curtains were drawn. 2. Housekeeping Timing Housekeeping service was delayed, with my room being cleaned only in the mid-afternoon. This could be due to either high occupancy or a lack of staff. 3. TV Entertainment The selection of TV channels was limited and not very engaging. While AirPlay connectivity is a good feature, it might not appeal to all guests. 4. Attention to Guest Numbers I have indicated that my room will have three guests staying. When I first checked in, I am pleased that Housekeeping paid attention to stock the room with amenities three persons. However for my subsequent room make up, I am disappointed that they only stocked for two. I had to request additional toiletries and a towel, which could have been avoided with better attention to booking details. While Novotel’s sustainability initiatives are commendable, addressing these issues would enhance the overall guest experience.

The location is amazing, staffs are happy to help anytime, except for the female manager who doesn’t make any effort to help you. The Heater/AC is working but a bit hard to use (old type of controller). The shower area is very small, the atmosphere of the hallway and room will give you an old hotel feeling - although the lobby is quiet nice.
