We had a pleasant stay. Nice staying in the city and the room was spacious and a good view. Couple of negatives - some of the lifts were out of action (often seems to be the case) so you had to allow a lot of extra time to get to the ground floor (2) parking was available around the corner, but was excessive at $40 per night (3) although hotel was in the CBD it wasn't very close to public transport (4) scaffolding out the front of the hotel was a bit of an eyesore and we actually couldn't find the hotel easily because it looked like a construction site at first glance.
