Great service and decent place to stay. Just please manage your expectations because the hotel is old, the interior and pool area are outdated. But still a decent place to stay if you need a room to spend the night.

Good customer service and Polite staffs. Kid friendly hotel. Great location near Harbor point, SM and has free shuttle nearby to Royal Duty free. highly recommended with definitely comeback and book this hotel again 🩵

Hotel staffs are accommodating and welcoming. The facilities are nice but needs renovation specially the Dining area. Beds are comfortable but bed frames are old that makes uncomfortable sounds. Just a reminder that there’s no elevator in the hotel.

although the room arrangement is a bit confusing, you'll get the hang of it later. the room is conducive for rest as silence is all over. staff are helpful and courteous and the place is just walking distance from SM and Ayala

Great hotel and staff although no elevators which I think is not a hassle. Exercise. Breakfast is pre ordered so make sure to order extra if you need to. overall it was a great stay. Will book again.
