Hotel atmosphere is very good; all the staff are smiling and approachable; facilities are quite good too. I love how the room is spacious as well esp. for 4 pax. Some things that need improvement are 1) breakfast food options — food were delicious but I hope for more selections and faster serving refill; and 2) room service — I have requested for tissue rolls and some other stuff like add’l floor mat but those arrived only after few follow-ups. For further FYI: Some basic toiletries & linens have fees when you ask for them — like face & hand towels , bathrobe, extra pillows. Overall, our stay had been a good one.

The hotel is a bit old, but it is well maintained and clean. Breakfast usually comes with rice, noodles, and a couple of viands. They’ve also got an egg station and some bread. I’d suggest bringing your own towel, though they provide towels that are clean but feel a little worn. Btw, photos are not mine.

the hotel is clean and the staff are so pleasant and accommodating. the price is affordable and we got our room with free breakfast. the breakfast is wonderful also. overall we're very satisfied with our stay here. surely we'll come back here.

The hotel is well maintained, rooms have aircon on already before we even inserted the keycard for electricity which was so nice considering the very hot weather in Subic.The staff were all friendly and professional. Will be happy to book again.
