the loxation of the hotell is close to everything. we use cabs mostly because we have children but its very convenient and the price wasn't bad. the rooms are though very small, the facility provides a lobby that you can grabe coffee and green tea for free all day. Breakfast is minimal, just some mini pastry but people buy food and warm up and eat there. one big compliant is the laundromat area, while washers are fine(3 washers 3 dryers available) but the dryers take forevery to dry a piece of garment. so one load of wash will take over an hour to dry....very inconvenient on that part.

the location of this hotel is so convenient. very near kyoto station and a few steps from bus station and 7/11. it offers coffee and/or miso soup almost the whole day on the 3rd floor and they also have bread in the morning. the room is not big but also not small, it can accommodate 2 big luggages. cleanliness: the room is clean but dark. the background is almost color black. hotel location: the location is 5/5. very covenient and very near the kyoto station transport access: bus station os just afew steps away from the hotel breakfast: it doesn't offer breakfast but they have coffee and bread in the morning service: service is good. staff are polite

Nice location, just right in front of a bus station and subway is just 3min walk. Staffs are friendly, but room is quite dusty feels like it haven't been used or cleaned properly. Free breads in the morning and drinks. 7/11 below the hotel and a supermarket and restaurant accross the street. And walking distance (15min-20min, 1 bus stop away) to Pontocho Alley/Yasaka etc.

Loved this cute, friendly and awesomely located hotel. The lobby has an international mix of guest. And there’s coffee, tea and water for free. Loved it enough to go back in two weeks.

the location was so so good! the property is amazing and beds super comfortable. the staff is super helpful! the views on the way to the property from the nearest metro station are so beautiful 🥹❤️i fell in live with kyoto because of this hotel! 7/11 inside the hotel! walking distance to nishiki market! free breads for breakfast! free tea coffee all day! free luggage storage before check-in & checkout! couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
