Great location, clean room. We were 2 people and towels for one only. Bathroom shower and faucets old and poorly functioning. The guy at the front desk very nice and friendly. We stay for 7 hours just for travel connection. We didn’t expect to be amazing, I am leaving the feedback for the staff, maybe they will send someone to tide the things in the bathroom. Everything was loosed and wobbling. As I said, great location, friendly staff and clean room. Did the trick for us.

The location is superb. Very close to main train station. Restaurants and shops are steps away from the hotel. Staff are helpful. The hotel needs a little renovation. The suite door is hard to open. The hallway is a bit smelly and A/C is not working properly. I booked this hotel as it offers breakfast but I didn’t know that breakfast starts at 8am, we left the hotel in empty stomach as we need to catch the train. Breakfast should start at 6 am as many tourists leave early.

Very rude staff. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay extra money and were told that only cash was accepted, which felt very unprofessional. Despite paying extra for a room with a view and balcony, we were given a very dirty room with neither the promised view nor a balcony. The bathroom was outdated and not properly cleaned. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Very disappointing.

Fantastic

Solo stay

Enjoy my stay in the single room. They cleaned everyday and the condition of the space was great. The shower and bathroom was spacious and had ventilation which made it easy to decondense the room after a warm shower.

We spent 4 nights here and the location was great, so many shops and restaurants and across the street from the Termini station. It is busy and you can hear street noise into the night, but it didn't disturb our sleep. This is an older hotel and quaint and basic and clean, so served us well as we were out most of the days. We appreciated that the reception desk was staffed 24 hrs. There is also breakfast served between 8-9:30am on level 1 at a small dining salon. The evening desk staff was younger and friendlier and helpful, maybe because they spoke better English, but we found the older staff more abrupt and almost rude when we checked in early and leaving our bags locked up. It seemed like we got mixed messages that we could open our suitcase at the hallway where all the bags were stored so we could lighten the backpacks we'd be carrying and then being barked at to move and were blocking the hallway. At the breakfast, there is an older woman who serves coffee and a continental breakfast, and she also barked at us for walking into the room next to the dining area as we thought that was where we picked up our pastry and drink, but is apparently her kitchen. It would have been helpful to have some signs posted if there was a protoccol or on the door to say if it was a kitchen, as it does not obviously look like one. We learned to just go and sit and wait for her to come to us and not rock the boat. Otherwise, no other complaints of the Mirage.

Location was great since we had an early train to catch to airport. Staff was helpful and friendly. Older, small and not well updated

Absolutely the worst hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We checked in late at night after a long day of travel, and the receptionist acted annoyed that we were even there. He gave us the key with no explanation and sent us to a room with completely broken AC. The room was unbearably hot, smelled terrible, and felt dirty and poorly maintained. We immediately informed reception, but we were ignored for a long time until my husband had to go downstairs again for help. When the receptionist finally came upstairs, he pretended the AC worked and then unbelievably accused us of breaking it even though we had just entered the room. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, he laughed and mocked us. It became obvious the hotel had intentionally turned off the AC system to save money. They promised it would be repaired the next day, but nothing was ever fixed. The next day, another receptionist aggressively argued with us in front of other guests because nobody had told us we were supposed to leave the room key at reception. The staff constantly laughed at us, gave us attitude, and repeatedly threatened us with an $80 fee if the key was lost. They also demanded an extra $40 “tourist tax” in cash without giving any receipt, which felt extremely shady. The hotel smelled awful, breakfast was low quality, and the entire atmosphere felt hostile and uncomfortable.
