The room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and it also offered a very nice view, which made my stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. I had a wonderful stay at Bangkok City Hotel during my recent trip to Thailand. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around the city and access nearby attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I especially loved the city view—it made the experience even more memorable. After a long day of exploring Bangkok, it was nice to come back to a quiet and relaxing environment. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. I also appreciated the convenience of having a weighing scale in the lobby, which made it easy for us to check our baggage before heading to the airport. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend Bangkok City Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. I would happily stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel has a great location, with easy access to BTS Ratchathewi Station and walking distance to Platinum Mall, December’s, and the Siam area.

good location as walking to BTS takes a few minutes only, clean rooms, free welcome water everytime we arrive at the hotel and the only unsatisfactory for me and coming from my family too is that they are serving the same food for breakfast everyday in our 8days stay and wifi is bad too.

there was no fitness center but the pool was an ok addition. the location is near the BTS Ratchathewi station around a 5 to 8 minute walk. however there was on going construction right in front of the hotel, a very minor incovenience but its not the hotels fault at all as i was told that they are just planning to extend the MRT line from the airport. so it may take a few more years for it to be completed.

It is a very good hotel, the staff is friendly and it’s at a good location. Near BTS and for muslim travellers, they do offer halal breakfast and its very near to halal street food. But currently there’s an ongoing construction in front of the hotel and along the road, so it is a bit hard to get around if you are planning to walk to and from the hotel.
