The receptionist was also responsive and accommodating. Overall, everything else was satisfactory, aside from the bathroom cleanliness and the air conditioning, which could be improved.

this is a very basic hotel but for the price and proximity to the airport it is good value. the bed was hard but there was plenty of amenities. staff could not speak English. we got stuck at the airport due to delays with Vietjet and there were no more connecting flights that night so we had to find accommodation late at night, close to the airport.. we were grateful that we could find this hotel. just remember to have your Grab app working so you don’t get ripped off with an airport taxi like we did.
