We arrived at the hotel at 4 a.m., and to our relief, the staff were waiting to assist us with the check-in. Their warm welcome at such an unusual hour set the tone for our stay. The connecting room was spacious, spotless, and featured a huge balcony that gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and spoke English fluently, which made communication easy and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from many of Hanoi’s main attractions, making sightseeing very convenient. The food served at the hotel was delicious, adding another highlight to our experience. Overall, this hotel provided great service, comfort, and convenience, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We were served with some welcome tea upon arrival. We were checked in although we were 10-15mins earlier than the check-in time. The room looks just like in the advertised photo but smaller than I expected. Breakfast was ok. The location is good and there are dobbies nearby.
