The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The public bath was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day and the massages we received was extremely relaxing!

superb location, few mins walk to train, bus, shopping, food, Nishiki market. Chill hotel, free cup of wine, sake daily. Overall great except room kinda too squeezy compare to other Japan hotel.
