Great

Standard Room · 1 Adults · 1 Nights

Overall it was very good. Just that there is little staff interaction so it feel lonely. Otherwise the people we did interact were helpful, lugagge storage is self storage w cable for luggages and smaller items in a locker. Room is tight and if your room has no view, head to the end of the hallway for a view of Kyoto Station. Free popsicle by the entrance to the hotel's onsen in the afternoon to evening hours. I would be back for sure due to location, onsen, and room was functional.

The location is strategy (just right in front of the West gate of the Tokyo station). Staffs very friendly, helpful and informative. The hotel is quite new and clean. They do provide free luggage storage service if you arrive before the check-in hours.
