This was one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip! I contacted the hotel beforehand for a birthday surprise, and they were the only hotel that happily accommodated it. The beautiful balloon decorations and adorable towel teddy bear made my husband’s birthday extra special. ❤️ The room was comfortable with a lovely park view, and the onsen became my favourite because they offered free ice cream after your bath. After a full day of shopping around Sapporo, soaking in the onsen with a free ice cream felt like heaven! Mechanical parking was also available, making it very convenient. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, but we’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Resol! The airport bus is literally right outside the entrance, Odori Station Exit 1 is just at the next building about 10 steps away, we also had a fantastic view of Odori Park, and we got a special welcome gift when we got to our room. The bed was nice and soft, we had a small bath tub, and it was quite a spacious room for Japan standard. There is also a public bath and laundry on the 14th floor.

Had a really pleasant stay. Convenient location - opposite Odori Park (Sapporo White Illumination & Sapporo Munich Christmas Market) and also between Odori Station exits 1 & 2. The airport limousine buses also stop just outside the hotel. There is also a Seicomart just a few steps away. There's a complimentary coffee dispenser in the hotel lobby. We stayed in a triple room with 3 single beds and the room was comfortably sized, with enough speace to open 2 large suitcases. The hotel is also connected to II Chianti, a good Italian restaurant & the hotel provided discount vouchers for guests. The staff were warm, friendly & attentive throughout our stay. In particular when the M7.5 eqrthquake struck north-eastern Japn one night, the staff took the time to calmly explain the situation & reassure guests, which we were grateful for.
