it was very convenient, near train station. rooms are of enough size for a hotel room in tokyo. the water flow from shower is very relaxing. amenities are good. rooms are clean. courteous staff. there is weighing scale on the lobby. checked out at 10am, left our luggages in the hotel and still strolled around the city before our night flight. will definitely stay there again in the future.

I was skeptical about booking on here since I’ve had problems before with third party sites but that’s seemed to be the only option when finding hotels in Japan. I booked it anyway since it was cheaper and self explanatory to use in English rather than a Japanese website. I did contact the hotel to just confirm they received our booking confirmation and they responded right away saying yes they can’t wait to see us. we landed at 10pm, and walked straight from the train station there. had no problem when checking in and out

Excellent value for Tokyo! Yes, the room is small, but that's standard for Japanese business hotels. We loved being so close to the station - easy access to Shinagawa and direct lines to major tourist spots. The area around Sengakuji Temple is quiet and authentic. Room was spotless with all modern amenities including a large TV and good WiFi. The automated check-in was smooth. Great option if you want convenience without breaking the bank. Only inconvenience we had was the laundry machine and dryer were too few, there was long queue to do our laundry.
