Hotel location is near the Kyoto Station which is very convenient to travel around. There’s also convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Room has a balcony and our room is spacious compared to other hotels I stayed before. They also offer free drinks, and you can enjoy their public bath for free. Definitely will go back to this place. Excellent value of money.

Overall we had a good time staying at the hotel. All the staffs are super friendly and polite. Unfortunately, we obersved a cleaning staff used the same scrub to scrub the toilet bowl and the toilet seat.
hotel location: 5 mins walk from Kyoto station and shopping malls which is very convenience for travellers.

We had great enjoyment of staying at this hotel. handy location, polite staff, buffet breakfast is the best comparing with 5 hotels stayed this time, also a complimentary drink once everyday has wide ranges to choose, rooms are relatively large with quite new facilities. Size of Bathroom is great & bathroom is quite new. the only down point is the bathtub area. Bathtub is large & new combine with shower but there is no anti slippery spots & no hand rails around it. There is a gap between bathtub & wall & water runs into bathroom floor very easily. In general I’d like rate it for 4.8 out of 5 & definitely choose it again.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The location was great as we were arrriving via Kyoto station. The Onsen was perfect after a big day of exploring beautiful temples. Also the welcome drink was such a surprising treat for us. Would definitely stay again!
