Great location: walking distance to Shibuya station and scrambling crossing. Friendly staff who can speak English well. Daily free water bottle.

Breakfast is okay they should have essentials Egg dish. In general the condition of hotel is clean and quite even is on the Main Street. I loved to stay for the convenience of transportation.

Hotel location was very convenient, close to bus lines, subways, restaurants and tourist attractions were easy to get to. Staff were courteous and helpfull. Didn't really check out the amenities/facilities as our schedule was filled with exploring everything

Fairly close to the nearest MRT station (about 5-7 minutes walk), and lots of amenities like Family Mart, 7-Eleven, and also massage places nearby. There's also a cute market just behind the hotel (maybe a 3-4 minute walk), which we discovered when walking around, and they have many cute cafes and good food and a park there. Easy to reach from the airport, and plenty of things to do in the area. Hotel breakfast was also pretty good, although options are a bit lacking if you are vegetarian and want protein. But they do have plenty of carbs. Hotel staff are very helpful when going to them for help, although language fluency varies across different staff members – but a translator app is enough to bridge the barrier. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel, very good for the price point in my opinion!

Neat and clean hotel room

Stay a few times. Comfortable, near mrt station, convenient and walkable distance to tourists points

Generally nice basic hotel. 10 minutes from metro in area with lots of dining and shopping options. Chinese style breakfast was good (more like western lunch). Internet did not work in our corner room. Held luggage sits in the lobby (no dedicated baggage storage area).

We had 2 twin beds and the room was super small The breakfast was nothing to rave about. In fact it was our least favourite of all the hotels we stayed at during this trip. Similar to a Holiday Inn breakfast. Location was pretty convenient though it’s an expensive taxi ride to the airport.
