Very expensive but definitely a five star experience. Great staff. Not near the airport as AI said but a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Really appreciated the amazing staff. Would stay there again.

High-class, but expensive stay in Shinagawa. It was super confusing getting to this hotel and the check-in process was a bit longer than expected. I'd rate it 5 stars if not for the confusing location and what can else can be offered in this price bracket.
