To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests under 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and proof of this must be provided on request. Customers may be requested by the property to provide a health declaration (issued within 3 days prior to check-in). Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.

If a guest fails to arrive on the check-in date nor cancels the reservation within the required free cancellation period, the hotel reserves the right to charge a no show fee and/or cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the payment made.
