Overall good hotel for its price and location. The rooms are much newer and cleaner than we expected. The biggest let down is breakfast, chaotic probably an understatement, lack of seatings, no staff check your room number/ whether your room includes breakfast. Very much a free for all hence the chaos. Staffs were so busy, they were constantly running around to refill food/ plates/ cutleries, we struggled to find a plate for 10mins and also end up having no seats. We gave up on the next day and just went to get our own breakfast.

Stayed in a studio for 2 persons. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served from 630am to 10am. Recommend to go a bit earlier in case some food varieties run out towards the end.

Good steal if you get the place at a discounted rate. Advice to light sleepers, don't book this hotel since the noise from the corridors can be heard. Street sounds are tolerable but if you also happen to have a neighbor who keeps on dropping hangers or banging the cabinet doors, then expect only a few hours of sleep. Breakfast is so-so, no variety at all and has limited options. Pool area is small.

A decent property near Turtle Lake and is walkable to District 1. The only issue I had was the construction noise of the surrounding building. So request for a room not facing the construction side if you are a light sleeper
