very nice and friendly staff who acknowledges the guests staying in the hotel. the rooms are updated and very conveniently located next to Kyoto station. they sent our luggages up to our room when we returned later in the evening. the rooms are big and clean. I especially like the vanity separate from the bathroom.

Great location. Beautiful hotel. We tried changing our accomodations From 3 in a room to two rooms when we arrived but could not. Then we were told we had to book on Klook while I was standing at the front desk. The second room wasn’t ready (it was 5 pm local time) so that was strange.

Great location, close to Kyoto Station. The breakfast buffet is just OK. Otherwise the rooms and the hotel itself is nice and clean. My main complaint is that the rooms do not have USB or USB-C outlets, so you need an adapter to charge devices (or you can borrow one from the front desk for a nominal fee).

hotel is located right next to the Kyoto station as well as the bus terminal , you can go anywhere in Kyoto conveniently , also you can see the train tracks from the hotel room !
