good hotel location. the room is also clean and spacious. the staffs are all cheerful and kind. they even gave us a snack as welcome gift. i will recommend it to my friends and relatives

Check in and check out was easy. Reception not staffed after 12am but you need a room key to enter and a room key to access the elevator so felt secure. Room was a little dusty but only in those “deep clean” locations. Shower water pressure was very good. Location was convenient to convenience stores and shopping mall nearby. Would like to stay again to experience onsen.

Love that they have a hotel onsen and their powder room was nice, laundry was available in this room as well. Location wise not so convenient is it was situated inside street, newrest was the daimaru exit of the train station around 7 mins walk to the hotel near yodobashi mall. Rooms were very tight and breakfas was so-so
