very nice hotel. very clean and the room size is big.. the pte hot tub in the room is the best. hotel serve snack twice a day which is really nice. hotel is just 7mins walk from the bus station/interchange. will def stay again if there is chance

hotel pin is a family style hotel.clean and comfortable to stay.welcome snacks and refreshments provided is an additional point worth prasing for. the hot spring bathtub can accommodate 2people.

my family enjoyed our stay here.the pool area and the game room is at the other building my kids enjoyed the spa pool.And the morning breakfast has two schedule one is on 8am and the other is 10.the good thing to this is to avoid over crowded and the guests can eat without waiting too long to fill the dishes.. their breakfast is so filling. and my kids enjoyed the honeycomb in the morning breakfast .. I highly recommend this hotel for their staff are courteous and kind.. although we wait for 2 1/2. hours because we arrived a bit early and the room is not yet ready. they offer some snacks in the afternoon and another snack at night it’s like almost had a free dinner as well because its spaghetti and skewers .just don’t forget to bring your own slippers coz they don’t provide it as well.

Great place. Modern interior design with good customer service. Good breakfast. Clean, nice size pool with medium water slide for kids. Provides gaming and reading rooms if reservation was done in advance. Family mart just across the street is helpful too.

The Reading Room and Playroom on the 2nd Floor of Building 2 will be temporarily closed for electrical maintenance from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM on September 10, 2026. 

Please note the scheduled maintenance dates for the SPA area at Hotel Pin in 2027; the facility will be closed all day during these periods.
