We had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel and cannot recommend it enough. The location is simply unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Hanoi, it’s literally a stone’s throw away from top attractions like Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, and the famous Train Street. While the rooms are on the cozier side, that is completely standard and expected for Hanoi's Old Quarter, and it was more than made up for by the incredible hospitality. Every single team member we encountered—from the welcoming doorman and attentive reception desk to the courteous restaurant staff—went out of their way to make us feel at home. A special shoutout goes to the manager, Mr. Brian, who personally greeted us during checkout and kindly helped guide us through our itinerary for the rest of the trip. That level of personal care and attention truly stood out. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Hanoi!
