The hotel is nice, especially the location. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. This is my first time in Hanoi, and I feel good. The place is clean. The only problem is that the bed is a little bit small for two people. cleanliness: hotel location:

Exceptional service! The friendly and helpful staff made the entire stay very lovely and enjoyable. Last minute requests for spa bookings were also promptly handled with kindness. The massage therapists are very skilled and the receptionists are very considerate and welcoming. Felt that all the staff really goes the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room is clean and the location is great. Highly recommend and would visit again.
