Clean and spacious room. Bed was kinda low, but no issues for me because it's comfortable to sleep in. Location is quite a distance from mrt (about 10-15 mins walk to Zhongxiao Xinsheng mrt), but there're few bus stops nearby! Took me about 10 mins to reach Taipei Main Station by bus.

we love this hotel. the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. apart from the breakfast, they offer afternoon and midnight snacks with free flowing coffee and drinks--such a nice touch.

Staff was very friendly and allowed us to use the dining area and the baby chair to consume our packed food for dinners. We want to clean up after but they were so helpful and said that they will do it. My daughter loves the 2 lady counter staff a lot and they even gave her little cards and toys when we left! There are 7-11 and familymart within walking distance and several “quick-fry” shops around patronised by many locals.

The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and hospitable. They always offer water when we’re about to go and checks on us if we need anything. The breakfast buffet was great with fruits, bread, cereals, rice or pasta, lots of vegetables and drinks. The rooms were clean and spacious, housekeeping cleans everyday. Checkout was really convenient, fast. I loved staying at this hotel. Only cons is there’s no nearby train station - but it is near bus stops. Still convenient location!
