Overall, the service was superb and the staff were very accommodating—truly a 5-star hotel experience. Our stay was comfortable and memorable.
However, there was a slight issue regarding our late check-out request. Upon booking confirmation, I immediately called Guest Reservations and was informed that a late check-out until 3:00 PM was approved. Unfortunately, upon arrival and reconfirmation, we were told that the extension was only until 12:00 NN. After explaining that the request had already been approved, they kindly extended our stay until 1:00 PM. While we appreciated the adjustment, it would have been better if the information had been consistent from the beginning.
I would also like to commend a thoughtful gesture from a female server in the lobby who kindly lent me a shawl after noticing I was cold. Though I forgot to get her name, her attentiveness made the experience even more memorable.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a perfect birthday celebration.
