service: the staff was great, got a little bit issue which is I already book the room and klook say it already approved/confirm but when I go to the hotel.. hotel say room already full but thanks to the staff he check if got another room and need to pay extra money if I want.. I just get the room and settle and good job for the service. transport access: if u guys looking for parking the hotel not providing the parking and u need to park other place and I have been pay just for parking rm42 for 6hours
